What Caregivers Achieve By Attending an Aaron's House Support Group:

Participants have an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, confidential setting while gaining hope and supportive relationships. The group allows everyone’s voice to be heard, and allows an opportunity for personal needs to be met while developing a comradery with others who are in the same or similar situations. The group encourages empathy and productive discussions.
Caregivers benefit from each other’s experiences while discovering their inner strengths.

Aaron's House Support Groups Help Caregivers:

*Learn better coping skills
*Gain strength in sharing experiences
*Forgive themselves and reject guilt
*Embrace self-care and humor
*Accept that they cannot solve every problem
*Understand that mental health conditions are no-one’s fault
